Last Updated: 11-26-2025

Welcome to Snow Patrol Plowing (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website, services, or contacting us for a quote, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Snow Patrol Plowing offers residential and commercial snow-removal services in the Schofield, Wisconsin area. Services may include driveway clearing, sidewalk clearing, commercial lot plowing, and seasonal snow-removal contracts.

All services are weather-dependent and performed as conditions reasonably allow.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided by phone, email, or through our website are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on actual snow accumulation, property size, accessibility, or additional services requested.

Seasonal contracts are billed at a flat rate unless otherwise stated. One-time services may be billed per visit.

3. Scheduling & Response

We monitor snowfall and weather conditions regularly. While we aim to show up promptly and reliably, exact timing may vary based on weather severity, route order, and safety considerations.

You acknowledge that snow removal may not occur at the same exact time for every storm or property.

4. Property Access & Responsibilities

You agree to ensure we have safe, unobstructed access to your property. This may include:

  • Moving vehicles out of the plow path

  • Keeping gates unlocked

  • Ensuring pets are secured

We are not responsible for delays or incomplete service due to blocked access or unsafe conditions.

5. Property Damage

We take great care to avoid property damage. However, hidden objects, uneven surfaces, or unmarked hazards can lead to damage.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Objects buried under snow

  • Crumbling or pre-existing damaged surfaces

  • Unmarked landscaping features (e.g., curbs, sprinkler heads)

Please mark all sensitive areas before snowfall.

6. Safety Disclaimer

Snow removal reduces but does not guarantee the elimination of all ice or slippery surfaces. You acknowledge that some ice and snow may remain after service and agree that Snow Patrol Plowing is not liable for slips, falls, or related incidents.

7. Cancellations & Modifications

For seasonal contracts, cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if any, are issued at our discretion based on work already performed.

One-time service appointments may be canceled prior to dispatch. Once our crew is en route, a service charge may apply.
